Highlight of our two stops in New Mexico We spent 9 nights in New Mexico on our way to Texas.  Two nights were spent at City of Rocks State Park in Faywood NM, then one week at The Ranch, an SKP Co-Op in Lakewood NM.  City of Rocks State Park is amazing!  The campground is literally among these huge rocks and it’s very quiet. It is located next door to natural hot springs at Faywood Hot Springs Resort. We arrived in Benson Arizona on 4 March 2026 for one week.  We arrived with aspirations to see quite a bit, so we made a list and planned to see sites on certain days while in Benson.  Anita got the Yuma blog posting done in the morning of the 5 th , and then we went out to Tombstone and Bisbee in the afternoon. Our home 4 December 2025 – 4 March 2026 We were in Yuma from 4 December 2025 – 4 March 2026.  We played pickleball several times a week and walked most days to get exercise.  Steve went on the weekly hiking trips with the hiking group.  Anita opted out of the steeper climbs but went on a few of the hikes. On 12 November we drove 50 miles from our campground to Lassen Volcanic National Park. About 15 miles into the drive we saw a sign for the park, but with another sign "CLOSED" on it. Our home 14-18 October 2025 We drove 98 miles from Chimacum Washington to Forks Washington on 14 October 2025.  We got set up and had our lunch by 1pm, so we ventured out to see the Hoh Rain Forest in the west end of Olympic National Park.
